Today, we are sharing this ‘Watermelon - Tomato salad’ which is refreshing, easy to make and low in calories.
As unusual as it can sound, this watermelon and tomato salad is uniquely delicious.
This recipe is also a great side-dish to be served along with any kind of meat, grilled fish or chicken.
What you need:
- 10 cups cubed watermelon
- 2 pints cherry tomatoes
- 1 medium onion
- ½ cup parsley
- ½ cup basil
- ¼ cup lime juice
- In a large mixing bowl, toss in the watermelon cubes, cherry tomatoes and onions.
- Combine the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Keep refrigerated until serving time.
